Meditation offers you space to connect with yourself. We usually think of meditation as someone sitting and entering an alternate state of mind, but it doesn’t have to be that. In fact, most people just end up trying to fight back their thoughts.
Don’t “try” to do or be anything. Just create time that you remove distraction, give yourself space to breathe, and can listen to your soul speak.
Then watch as a new you emerges. 💖
So often we hear people (maybe even ourselves) complain that they feel lost. That they are merely going through the motions of day-to-day life. That there is an overwhelming feeling of being disconnected from others and from the person that they used to be. And the sad part is, it’s true. The good part is, you have the power to change that.
Seek inward towards your soul’s desires, and soon enough you will reconnect to the world, to yourself and to the inner peace that you possess. The entire universe resides within you. Everything you need is there when you need it. 🙏💖
